Terms and Conditions (T&C)s policy regarding late cancellations and no-shows, in April 19, 2026. 
1- Cancellation & No-Show for “one or/& two-three hours” Policy (Effective April 9, 2026)  
  •  Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 5 hours‘ notice or fail to appear (“no-show“), a loss fee (full or partial service fee) will apply.
  • Pre-paid Appointments: For all pre-paid bookings, the payment will be forfeited if cancelled within 5 hours or in the event of a no-show.
  • Rescheduling: To reschedule without penalty, notice must be provided at least 5 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • Future Bookings: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment for future.
  • Booking Limitations: the number of active bookings you can hold at any one time maximum 2 to 3 upcoming sessions. If you cancel or reschedule multiple lessons at once, you typically must give 24 to 48 hours’ notice prior to the lesson start time.
  • Booked appointments: To secure a booked appointments  must be paid after a confirmation of the booked appointments or a reminder prior Six hours to appointment from Emad the driver instructor.

    2. Terms & Conditions for Six Hours discounted Packages policy auto &/or manual driving lessons:
    • Validity & Expiry: Discounted packages have an expiry period requiring completion within 35 days (5 weeks) or up to maintain the discount.
      Unused lessons after this period are often forfeited without a refund.
    • Payment: Packages must be paid in full in advance or on the first lesson.
    • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of ’24 to 48 hours‘ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, or a penalty fee one hour will apply.
    • Refunds: Pre-paid lesson packages non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Validity Period: The package usually starts upon the first lesson, not the date of purchase.
    • Usage Constraints: Lessons must be used within a 3-5 week period to maintain the discounted rate.

    • Mandatory Presentation: You must present a valid licence before your lesson begins. If you fail to present it, the lesson is forfeited or treated as a “no show”.
    • Validity Warrants: By booking, you legally declare that your licence is valid, and you immediately notify the instructor if it becomes suspended, disqualified, or cancelled.
    • Termination of Lesson: Instructors have the right to immediately terminate or refuse a lesson if you do not comply with licence conditions (e.g., wearing required glasses, needing an instructor)
